FLO-MOTION® - THE LOW FRICTION MANUAL SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM THAT CAN BE OPERATED BY FINGERTIP CONTROL

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
SLIDING MECHANISM
The Recirculating Ball slides contain precision balls which move in a loop within the cassettes. This means that a high number of balls are continuously in contact with the bearing surfaces, not just a single roller, increasing the contact area which increases the slide load rate capability and decreases the movement force.

The single sliding door shown in the video formed part of a 7500mm glazed screen. When tested with a digital force gauge, an average opening and closing force of 5.4N was recorded, probably the best that we have achieved for a door weighing 130kg.
Once installed, all Flo-Motion doors are force tested and a certificate is issued.
